Hey CGD, nice write-up! I've already purchased a lot of these items off of your recommendations! Talk to me about your thoughts between 28” and 36” griddles. I have the 28” side grease tray, but I’m strongly considering upgrading to the 36” rear grease version. I find myself wanting a little extra space, but I’d be curious as to whether it’s a game-changer between your house griddle and the lake griddle?

Great Q! And thanks for reading. I love them both. The real upside on the 36 inch is the additional heat zones (four burners instead of two), and then of course the extra real estate to work with. We got it for the lake because the house is always packed with 16-17 people, so maximum space is a must. (That’s who ate all those grilled cheeses in the photo!) If you are cooking for a crowd, or find yourself taking things off your griddle well before your whole meal is ready, you’ll definitely like the 36.
